If you are not getting ahead of other guys, don't get disheartened
Make a minimum duration of your seating for 2 hours…It's really mandatory and not that hard, you will get used to it overtime

Don't study the same subject/topic for long duration, at one point your mind gets bored and tired so keep rotating between topics after 3–4 hours
